Dr. Zubritzky has been in practice since 1999 and is a well-respected psychologist in the Greater Pittsburgh area. We accept many referals from primary care physicians and psychiatrists for therapy. Our experience enables us to offer effective outpatient, individualized, psychological care. We treat a number of mental health disorders, and provide a neutral ground to individuals (children and adults), families, and couples.
LAW ENFORCEMENT TESTING
ACT 120 & ACT 235 Lethal Weapons
We also offer psychological testing services for police and law enforcement employment. Services include testing for all Pennsylvania Police Academies, ACT120 (MMPI-2 Test & Nelson-Denny Reading Test), and ACT 235 Lethal Weapons Certification.
We offer same day testing, competetive rates, and fast results with over 25 years of professional experience assessing and working with law enforcement agencies in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Our focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan to acquire coping skills and achieve your individual goals. We can work with your primary care physician to coordinate your medical care.
We promise to be there for you every step of your journey. Our goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.
Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling and treatment, we are able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. We can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.
Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples and families who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Therapy sessions are held with both couples and families in a supportive environment to discuss issues, develop communication skills and solutions to better strengthen your relationship under the guidance of Peter C. Zubritzky, PhD, a licensed clinical psychologist.
